I got Samsung UN55D7000 three weeks ago and I must say that this is the best TV I ever saw in terms of image quality and features. The picture quality is amazing, no hassle, but if you videophile like me, there are many adjustments that can be made to the image according to your taste in it. Many DVDs / BDs with video calibration screens that can be used to calibrate the TV for the best quality. DVDs and BDs look great BTW. I did notice the clouding others report that when the picture goes from light to black, but I do not find annoying or even noticeable since 99% next scene is brighter and the turbidity disappears or impossible to get noticeable. I understand why some have problems with this simply because they know it’s there, but like I said I do not find something that would ruin the overall experience.

The TV had many Internet opportunities, and I found little that I just can not get enough of. One is the built-in browser. The brows the internet without any problem, but it does not play ALL video content from the Internet. I, however, play a key time as YouTube. If I find some that are unplayable by the built-in browser I use my laptop to the TV and take TV as my monitor. I had to do it only once. From time to time, it does have a glitch, because I would like a website simetimes access and would like to restart the browser. I discovered that turning the TV on and off this issue resolved. It also turns off on me twice within the first two days of use, but this had not happened since. I was browsing Internet during that time. Another useful feature that I use all the time is to connect the TV to the home network where I can play content from my computer to share files directly on the TV. Since the TV is the wireless adapter, no cables are needed for this and the wireless network connection on the TV is preety easy. I have seen on film at Netflix and the overall quality and the experience was great.

Another feature why I love this TV is that it seamlessly integrates with my HT-S9400THX home theater system Samsung BD-D6500 player. I just hooked them all via HDMI and they all talk while I just use the remote for the TV. Any time I need the other remotes, if I have something in Tweek home theater system. Otherwise, the TV remote control, all three devices. I also downloaded apps for my Android phone and my phone as a remote user to the command, but since all I use only the distance that tax full QWERTY keyboard. Control

I used the TV sound right for a few days before I home theater system and the sound was ok, which I expected. It was not bad, but nothing exceptional not.

I did use 2D to 3D mode and while the 3D effect was ok. I had to sit close to TV, but to the entire operation to get it. I do not see any 3D films (yet).

Overall I give this TV 4.90 stars because of the glitch and clouding of the browser screen. However, all these aforementioned problems are really small and unnoticeable to me they are not the total experience that this TV has spoiled. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Got the Samsung LN37D550 with the Marriott Rewards program (155K points). Display quality is beyond my anticipation, it appears great and it has an array of ports including 4 High-definition multimedia interface and a pair of USB. I examined the USB port having a standard USB memory stick packed with music, videos and photographs. It could display the images perfectly together with a slide show, the recording looked great (I only attempted .MOV videos) and also the music performed superbly with the loudspeakers. One port which was missing would be a headset port. Only reason I sought out it had been to ensure that I possibly could connect exterior loudspeakers to supply extra base for individuals MNF parties. The only way to access the DC is to go through your cable box (if you have one) and turn on and off in this way. It ‘a secondary process to do it, but kind of inconvenience. Once you allow it through the cable box, cc is always where the TV is on mute or sound. There is no cc only muted.

And speaking of dumb, when you mute the TV, the icon remains on the silent TV screen. It also travels up and down the left side of the screen that becomes annoying after a while ‘. Unfortunately there is no way to change that either.

If you are not particular about the quality of sound and do not mind subtitles and dumb, then you’ll probably be satisfied in general. The jury is still out for me on this tv though.

I purchased Samsung UN46D8000 TV also it included a vibrant eco-friendly frozen pixel. I made plans for Amazon . com to replace it all. I chose to spend $ 50 more to improve its “surround” sound – good enough that you do not need to buy a sound bar. And ‘certainly was the right decision with regard to the sound goes – good enough for a 15 foot x 20 foot family room.

The plasma display is very good. And ‘light (brighter than my 50 “LG THX certified) and is strong. The mount on the wall with a low profile mount. It weighs about 50 pounds, which is much easier to handle for a person other TVs in its class! The only thing that could be a problem for some people is its reflective glass. During the day with bright sunlight, I can see the reflection from the screen clearly with the TV is off. Much less when it is on because the TV is very bright. Wife and children are happy – a TV pretty nice place to make room for the family for casual TV viewing, without breaking the bank.

I visited my shop at Best Buy to look at the models on display. Both plasma and LED supply a pretty picture, but in the end I chose the LED. The reason for choosing the LED above the plasma has dropped to possible problems of burn-in and rub the image with the plasma. I did not want in my mind and I knew that the LED is a great TV.

After purchasing a Samsung UN55D8000 TV from Amazon in the past, I felt totally comfortable ordering from them. The TV was provided by TV Paul, I’ve never ordered anything from before, but after seeing all the positive reviews, I felt reassured. The main reason for purchasing this TV through Amazon against a big box retailer down the price. Local dealers were charging $ 400 – $ 600 more for this TV exactly the same, and Amazon has free shipping.

The TV was scheduled for delivery 10:00 to 1:00, and was delivered at exactly 12. The men of the shipping company were polite and professional. They made sure I was happy with the unit before signing the delivery form. They managed to pull it out of the box for me and do a physical inspection of the unit too. They also offered to configure the device for me, but I declined as I am completely qualified to handle myself.

After connecting my TiVo to get connected and everything inside, I turned on the TV. Automatically took me through the installation process. He found my wireless and I was able to connect easily. Updates (I think there were 14) were downloaded to the TV within 2-3 minutes. Once the installation was complete, I changed the input source to my TiVo and I was just amazed by the quality. The color was perfect and the clarity was amazing. I also have a 55 “Sony Bravia that was only 1 year old model, and the picture quality of this Samsung completely outclasses the Sony. Clear Motion Samsung 960 is clear because there is no blurring when people move or through regular action scenes. excellent and the image is always sharp and bright colors are vivid. I was watching an episode of Law and Order in 1999, and I tell you, it never looked good. It seemed as if it were made for 1080p transmission, and we know that in 1999 certainly was not. It ‘was like watching the show on a Blu-ray Disc. I was just amazed. Everything that you look on this TV seems to be converted. All the shows, despite their age, look amazing.

I had been pretty happy with Samsung UN22D5000 TV after I took it off in the box. It had been slim/light coupled with a clever look. The image was respectable for any 22″ and also the seem was okay. I had been also happy that the model this size offered 2 High-definition multimedia interface ports. Also, it appears great like a monitor for my computer. But…I quickly observed a couple of problems.

Minor Problems:

-No soft mute

-Very difficult to by hand add/remove channels. (Initially, after playing with my TV and it is manual, I came to the conclusion it wasn’t possible… but it’s should you go to the “content” button about the remote.) This might not appear just like a huge deal, however the TV wound up obtaining 100  channels. The majority of individuals would be the HD versions of my channels.
